Ms Helena Clark, Counsellor & Psychotherapist, pre-accredited member of IACP.

I work with people with various presenting issues. They have in common that they need a positive change or changes in their lives. It could be mental health issues, major life crises, simply feeling lost or stuck at certain points in their lives, or being overwhelmed by daily demands. They all have taken the first steps towards getting better by contacting a therapist and requesting an appointment.

I offer a professional helping hand in creating a therapeutic relationship in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients feel empowered to explore and make sense of their lives and start their journey towards the best possible version of themselves. I work from the humanistic integrative approach and also integrate other therapeutic modalities.

I welcome clients from any and every walk of life and background. I have extensive personal and professional experience working with people from ethnic minorities and various nationalities in different capacities in Ireland and abroad.

Please call 0876366221 for an appointment.
